Earth Worth LLC : Terms and Conditions
1. Intelectual Property
a. All copyright, trade marks, design rights, patents and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) in and on Earth Worth Online Services belong to Earth Worth LLC and/or third parties. Earth Worth reserves all of its rights in Earth Worth content and online services. Nothing in the Terms grants you a right or license to use any trade mark, design right or copyright owned or controlled by Earth Worth or any other third party except as expressly provided in the Terms.
2. Expectation of Respectful Online Conduct
a. Earth Worth will not tolerate the use of Earth Worth Online Services for abuse or harassment. Harmful language or inappropriate content will not be tolerated along with spamming other users via public or private messages. These are considered abuse of Earth Worth online services and can result in the termination of your online account and access to the site.
3. Termination
a. We may terminate your registered account, at our sole discretion, by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated.
b. If you no longer wish to have a registered account, you may terminate your account through your account management page or by sending an email to michael@earthworth.com.
c. In the event that your account is terminated, all information shared with Earth Worth online services will be destroyed.
4. Authorization to Contact You
a. Earth Worth may contact you at any telephone number or email address that you have provided us, to: (i) notify you regarding your account; (ii) troubleshoot problems with your account; (iii) resolve a dispute; (iv) collect a debt; (v) poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires; or (vi) as otherwise necessary to service your account or enforce this User Agreement, our policies, applicable law, or any other agreement we may have with you.
5. Responsible Research and Information
a. Any statements made on EarthWorth.com HAVE NOT BEEN EVALUATED BY THE FDA AND ARE NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT OR CURE ANY DISEASE. ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE STARTING A NEW DIETARY SUPPLEMENT OR THERAPY PROGRAM. Cannabidiol (CBD) is a natural component of hemp. All Earth Worth products are dietary supplements and are made from imported (CO,CA,OR) CBD from hemp. We do not sell ANY products made from Marijuana.
